Comfort is Key

Like a true Southeast Asia country, Singapore is generally hot & humid all year round.

July-September: While tourists visit throughout the year, this is a good time to visit Singapore to enjoy the Singapore Street Festival, Great Singapore Sale & National Parade day.  For the F1 aficionados, Singapore Grand Prix happens in September.

Feb-April: Pleasant weather, lots of outdoor activities and one can choose to indulge in the Chingay Parade, a traditional Chinese New Year procession or the Chinese Festival of Arts (Huayi Festival). The highlight being the Chinese New Year or Spring Festival, it is the biggest and most significant event of the Chinese community

Christmas – December’s gift exchanges and partying are as cherished here as they are in Britain and the rest of the Western world. January brings in Thaipusam a highly symbolic Hindu festival celebrated by Singapore’s Tamil community.
