  • Generally good throughout the country – Mid-May to Early July and then from early September to mid-October

Main Festivals / events:

  • Rtveli – A traditional harvest festival that celebrates 8000 years of winemaking tradition of Georgia. It is an elaborate affair that brings friends and families together. There isn’t an exact date for it as it depends on the harvest but usually falls in between end of September and mid of October. Post the harvest there is a celebration that involves food, fun, laughter and of course wine!
  • Tbilisoba – A cultural fest that takes place in Tbilisi around mid – Oct. It is a huge event that takes place for a few days but adds a lot more color to the capital with variety of food, wine along with song and dance performances.
